Tom Gutzler-April 22nd Downtown LuncheonApril 16, 2015
Make plans to join us for lunch in downtown Portland, April 22nd to hear Tom Gutzler share his faith-story.
Tom has actively participated with Portland Business Luncheons since inception and guided the annual Christmas Luncheon for 20 + years. Prior to, and concurrent with PBL, Tom was International Director of Full Gospel Businessmen and active in church leadership. He and his wife Carolyn, owned and operated the venerable Tom’s Pancake House in Beaverton for 29 years. They have two children, five grandchildren and five great – grandchildren . . . the oldest of which is three. Tom served on the board of Beyond Victory Ministries for 32 years, and serves as a Board Member for the Claremont HOA.
Clearly, Tom has served the Lord, and his family, with time and energy – always active with doing. However, there have been times where relationship with his wife suffered by being over committed in both business and Christian ministry. God nudges and speaks to us a lot, however, we are often active with our own doing, and seldom slow down to listen. Tom is going to address points in his life where he did good, rather than listening, obeying and stepping into what is Best.
These decision points continue for Tom today as he discovers where God desires to use he and Carolyn for the best in His kingdom.
RSVP is required and the cost of lunch is $20.00 You are encouraged to invite and register your friends.
