March Luncheons
April 2, 2014Eastside at the Red Lion
Victor L. Anfuso is a co-founder of Portland Business Luncheons, which began as an organization in 1987.
Mr. Anfuso served as a lieutenant in the US Navy and as Operations Officer on a destroyer escort, circa 1955. He attended Saint John’s University, where he obtained his JD in 1958, and practiced law in Manhattan for over 20 years, representing several large banks and corporations. In 1988 he helped form the group CCLI, a Christian Copyright and Licensing company, where he served for 24 years. In 1987, Vic started the Portland Consulting Group, a management consulting company, assisting company presidents and business owners in senior management and strategic planning. Most recently, in 2013, Vic became a business consultant with Cordant Wealth Partners.
Whether serving on a board or running his own company, Vic has always stressed the work ethic of reliability, harmony out of discord, and cultivating open and transparent principles that a person lives daily. He describes his personal philosophy as: “developing relationships without a hook.” He emphasizes that people may not remember what you said, but will never forget what you modeled nor how you made them feel.
Vic will be speaking about some struggles growing up that deeply affected his adult life while sharing victories through following God’s lead. His life was full of success on the outside, but on the inside he was stuck and hurting.
Please make plans to join us for lunch and be blessed to hear Vic’s faith story.
