Jerry Carleton Speaks at the University Club, July 25th, 2012July 13, 2012
Jerry Carleton, founder and principal of the Immix Law Group, is a corporate and securities attorney who counsels private emerging and growth-stage companies. He is also principle in a local venture fund. Jerry graduated from University of Portland with a B.A. in 2001 and received his J.D. from Lewis & Clark Law School in 2007. In 2001, Jerry co-founded Keen Mobility, a company that develops, produces and distributes assistive mobility devices. He is also co-founder of the not-for-profits Incight and the Hope Squared Foundation. Jerry and his wife Heather have two daughters; a daily reminder from God of the most important “venture” yet.
